Once an order has been submitted in our ordering system, we do not have access to edit or adjust individual items within the order.
What we can do for orders that have NOT shipped out of our warehouse is cancel it altogether and a new order would need to be replaced. If your order HAS shipped out, we ask that you contact our Customer Service department with your order # and one of our reps would be more than happy to initiate a return authorization and pre-paid FedEx EZ return label to have your product returned and refunded accordingly.
